What everyone is wearing in NYC

This spring in NYC, something funny is happening: Everyone is wearing the same outfit. If you walk down the street in the West Village, you basically pass ten girls wearing the items above. It's uncanny.The basic uniform: an army jacket, striped shirt, ankle jeans, a leather bag and white Converse (especially this slightly thinner, less-clown-shoe version) without socks (no socks is key).
Thoughts? Would you wear it? Are you wearing it right now? :)
P.S. Plus, the cutest spring dress I found today.
